As of Dec 31, 2019, Gentex had around 20.1 million shares remaining for repurchase. The company intends to continue to repurchase additional shares of its common stock to support the capital-allocation strategy.
Gentex had cash and cash equivalents of $296.3 million as of Dec 31, 2019 compared with $217 million in the corresponding period of 2018.
